The University of Nairobi Law Journal in a scholarly Journal. Our mission is to publish authentic and comprehensive contributions to legal discourse for academic and practical purposes. The journal is an annual publication and approved articles are published in the annual issue (hard-copy).

Most of the articles are from persons who are authorities in their legal fields. The University of Nairobi Law Journal also aims at encouraging and developing students’ research and writing; scholarly writing. Hence, the Journal invariably publishes select student articles in each issues such as case reviews and book reviews.

All articles submitted are subject to peer review and necessary alterations to make them conform to our publishing guidelines.
