For all articles to which it holds copyright, The University of Nairobi Law Journal permits copies to be made for classroom use under the following provisions: (i) the user notifies the Office of the University of Nairobi Law Journal of having made such copies, (ii) the author and The University of Nairobi Law Journal are identified, and (iii) the proper notice of copyright is affixed to each copy.
